This is a set of non-standard stainless steel components precisely processed by CNC numerical control turning technology. They are made from 304, 316 or 2205 duplex stainless steel rods. Through multi-axis turning and milling combined centering, the processes of turning, milling, drilling, tapping, etc. are completed in one setup. The surface is treated with natural polishing or electrolytic passivation. The product combinations cover various types such as long threaded rods, fork-shaped connectors, stepped sleeves, special bolts, hexagonal nuts, positioning pins, etc. Each piece is customized for geometric shape and dimensional accuracy according to specific functional requirements. This "one drawing, one machine, one program" flexible manufacturing mode breaks through the specification limitations of standard parts and can achieve full series processing from simple cylinders to complex spatial surfaces. It is widely used in customized assembly requirements in fields such as precision instruments, fluid equipment, marine engineering, medical devices, etc.

By using a machining center with both milling and turning functions, multiple processes such as outer cylindrical turning, end face milling, eccentric drilling, and longitudinal tapping can be completed in one setup, avoiding the benchmark conversion errors caused by multiple setups. The positional accuracy can reach ±0.01 millimeters.
Material diversity compatibility
304 stainless steel is suitable for general corrosive environments, 316 stainless steel has excellent resistance to chloride, and 2205 duplex stainless steel combines strength and corrosion resistance. Based on the working conditions, the optimal material solution can be selected without compromising the design for standard component adaptation.
Geometric shape freedom
Not limited by standard component molds, it can process structures such as stepped shafts, conical surfaces, spherical surfaces, irregular contours, and intersecting holes that are difficult to achieve through traditional processes. The design optimization space is fully released.
Surface quality consistency
The CNC program controls the cutting parameters, and during batch production, the size fluctuation is less than 0.02 millimeters. The surface roughness Ra can be controlled within the range of 0.8 to 3.2 micrometers, meeting the requirements for precise fit or sealing.
Single-piece and small-batch economy
No need for mold production. The cost of single-piece prototyping is only 10% to 20% of the mold stamping cost. It is particularly suitable for new product trial production, equipment maintenance spare parts, scientific research experimental devices, and other scenarios with small batches and multiple varieties.
