Precision Fastener
This is a set of metal non-standard components assembled by welding technology. Carbon steel, alloy steel or stainless steel profiles are selected and cut, bent, and stamped into shapes. Then, they are connected through processes such as arc welding, gas protection welding or resistance welding to form multi-component assemblies. The surfaces are treated with hot galvanizing, powder coating or left in their natural color. The product combinations include large circular anchor plates, U-shaped fixing brackets, spatial irregular connecting rods, and lifting ring connection components, among others. These components are welded together to form a complete load-bearing structure, enabling complex structures and mechanical transmissions that a single piece cannot achieve. The welding assembly technology breaks through the limitations of a single forming process and can flexibly combine various material forms such as pipes, plates, rods, and castings. It is a core manufacturing solution for heavy structures, outdoor facilities, and construction machinery, etc.

Multi-component integrated structure
It is assembled by various forms of parts such as discs, pipes, plates, wires, etc., such as a large disc anchor combined with a stamped disc, seamless steel pipe and bent wire, forming an uplift anchoring system.
Full cross-sectional penetration welding
The key load-bearing welds are welded using gas protection welding or submerged arc welding, with sufficient penetration depth. The weld strength is not lower than the base material. Through ultrasonic or magnetic particle testing, it ensures no pores or cracks.
Hot-dip galvanizing anti-corrosion system
The overall hot-dip galvanized layer thickness is 50 to 80 microns. The salt spray test lasts for more than 500 hours. It is suitable for outdoor soil, atmosphere and other corrosive environments and requires no maintenance for 20 years.
Spatial irregularity freedom
Welding is not restricted by molds and can achieve complex connecting rods in three-dimensional space and multi-plane intersecting support structures. The design optimizes the space fully.
Flexible material combination
According to functional requirements, the optimal materials are selected at different parts. For example, the ground anchor disc uses Q235 stamping to reduce costs, the anchor rod uses 45# steel to ensure strength, and the steel wire uses 65Mn to provide elasticity.
