Product Description
Product Description

Precision Fastener
This is a set of non-standard stainless steel components manufactured by precision stamping technology. They are made of 304, 316 stainless steel or carbon steel cold-rolled thin plates, and are formed through progressive die continuous stamping or single-process die molding. The surfaces are treated with deburring, polishing or passivation. The product combinations include flat washers, spring washers, special brackets, snap clips, connecting plates, clamps and other types, featuring thin walls, lightweight and high elasticity structures. The stamping process uses molds to deform the metal sheet into a specific shape, enabling one-time forming of complex contours, precise holes and three-dimensional bending. The material utilization rate is over 85%, making it an economically efficient solution for mass production of thin sheet metal parts. It is widely used in functional connections and elastic supports in fields such as electronic appliances, automotive interiors, mechanical equipment, and architectural decoration.

Features
Selling Point
Precision sheet forming
Using metal sheets with a thickness ranging from 0.3 to 3.0 millimeters, precise die-cutting molds are employed to achieve contour dimensions with an accuracy of ±0.05 millimeters and hole positions with an accuracy of ±0.03 millimeters, meeting the positioning requirements for precise assembly.
One-time formation of complex contours
Continuous multi-station stamping with progressive dies can complete processes such as punching, blanking, bending, extruding, and forming in a single feed. Irregular contours like H-shaped brackets and fork-type clasps do not require secondary processing.
Elastic design for three-dimensional bending
Through mold bending or rolling-edge processes, flat sheets are transformed into three-dimensional structures with elastic deformation capabilities, such as L-shaped brackets, U-shaped clasps, and wave-shaped spring clips, achieving functions like clamping, buffering, and positioning.
Precise post-processing for deburring
The stamping surface undergoes vibration grinding or magnetic polishing to remove sharp edges and burrs, with edge chamfers ranging from 0.1 to 0.3 millimeters to prevent scratches on mating parts or operators during assembly.
Diversity of material surface finishes
304 stainless steel is suitable for general environments, 316 stainless steel is resistant to acid and alkali corrosion, and 65Mn spring steel, after heat treatment, can achieve high elasticity, with surface finishes available in natural color, polished, galvanized, or electroplated coating.
